Superb service with great communication. Having used Trustpilot previously we are accustomed to the review collecting process, however the reviews.co.uk team have managed to exceed our expectations set by Trustpilot and given us a much more professional service. Here are a few observations that I have made so far between the two companies-: At reviews.co.uk their service is straight forward and provides our customers with a way to leave reviews, either with an order number or email. At Trustpilot they require customers without order numbers to use Facebook to leave a review, this is something we had issues with as not all our customers have Facebook or wanted to share all their Facebook information! Another point is that the reviews team are UK based and work office hours, whereas Trustpilot are based in Denmark and don't work UK times. Also it is often very hard to get their support as they only have one person manning the support desk. Another observation is that with Trustpilot there are many add-ons which they try and catch you out with. The reviews.co.uk team provide clear pricing and much more complete service at a fraction of the cost of Trustpilot. Overall we are very happy, keep up the good work :)
