The Refreshing Review Company! After having a very negative experience with TrustPilot and other review websites reviews.co.uk (in particular Dan) has been like a breath of fresh air from the start. Trustpilot are very aggressive with taking your money, trapping you so your business cannot move away and then do not give you any protection. Trying to call them is almost impossible and when you finally get through after 2 months they have no interest in listening to your concerns. Reviews on the other hand have been professional, attentive and fair. Something I didn't know was possible with review companies. Support is on hand whenever you require it and the team works very quickly to resolve any issues. He even helped design a custom widget for us to suit our website.
