Soooo here goes, a review on a reviewing website. Short version: Very good price...great service...most importantly amazing staff. Long version: We got cold called from a competitor company who made it sound like they were the best thing since sliced bread, with their very aggressive and pushy sales tactics. They then told me the price... I thought the price they quoted was excessive but having never been in the market for a reviewing service before I had no idea how much such a service should cost. Research found that the cold calling competitor was the most expensive. I approached a few other service providers comparing price with reviews and service levels. This is where I found reviews.co.uk, who have a completely different, very laid back, friendly sales approach. They answered my questions in an honest way without the hard sales push which won me over straight away. The price is the price and you get X for your money, very simple and easy to understand. Service works as advertised, the staff are very helpful and respond within a couple of hours but very often sooner. We have been signed up for approx' 2 weeks now and have in excess of 130 reviews.
