I had tried over several years to reach out to companies for help, to reduce the impact debt was having on my mental health and my ability to support my family, financially and emotionally. However, those companies had turned me away based on some very black and white selection criteria. Finally I discovered ReviveFinancial. Initially Megan helped me. She explained the process clearly and took the time to understand and document my situation in some detail. There appeared to be no end in sight and I started to feel vulnerable - this was especially the case when I started to incur unforeseen medical bills which I could not pay. In the end, Steve’s persistence, experience and negotiation skills resulted in an Outstanding Outcome! - not only financially but more importantly, emotionally. He was extremely effective at explaining my situation to my creditors and negotiating some significant relief. Already I have been far less consumed by stressful thoughts and able to focus on giving my family all the support they need - I am truly enjoying just being in the moment with them. For the first time in a long time, I can see an end to my debt and I respect the opportunity given to me to learn from the past and build a better future for my family.
