When I first contacted Revive Financial I was scared and unsure. I had got myself into a very difficult situation through poor financial decisions which were made due to a lack of financial education, lack of life experience and poor mental health. Revive Financial helped me take back control of my finances.
Everyone I have dealt with at Revive is always looking for a solution that best suits my needs and goals, but I am fortunate to have had the same case manager, May, for the majority of my time working with Revive, which has been such a relief. It has ensured a seamless client experience where I don't need to explain my situation over and over to someone new every time I write an email or make a phone call. I am working with someone who understands my situation so intimately and who I can trust because we have built a relationship. She has felt like my personal cheerleader!
Where I have had dealings with other team members I have had an equally great experience - it is clear they are a good team, communicating with each other clearly and working together toward the best outcomes for their clients. They respond quickly and with so much compassion for my situation.
Their client portal is another excellent resource when I need a quick update on where I am at - it has given me a quick snapshot of where I am up to and provided resources to help me with my financial planning such as calculating repayments and making budgets.
My Part IX Debt Agreement has not been easy but with the support of May and the team I have made it - I am a few short weeks away from completing my agreement and I am on track to a better financial future than I could have imagined 5 years ago. I will always be so grateful I found Revive Financial!
