Locked Account, Missed Payments, Credit Defaults, Can't Pay my Rent,
Thursday 19th November, Revolut Locked my account without warning placing me in a review. They asked me for documents, statements, pay slips which I have provided. I'm still waiting for them to review the account.
I use the account as my main bank account and due to this matter. I can't pay my rent, my bills, as my money is locked away.
I also have a stock and shares portfolio, using their stocks platform. I can't buy or sell or even see my portfolio. Which is worrying as the market could crash.
Very stressful, I messaged Revolut on the app, no reply as I'm in review. So I turned to twitter, and messaged them on this platform. The social networking team informed me they can't provide any help.
As a Revolut business customer, I messaged the business team who handed me over to the personal team. Who have been saying I'm being prioritised. However its been 4 days and no one has even looked at my case.
I would say too people think twice about Revolut as a platform. It does offer good features, but these can be found elsewhere. It isn't worth the risk when they can lock your account without notice.
