AVOID THIS BANK before you become the next victim! DONT BELIEVE IT?.. neither have I, and stayed with Revolut for almost 3 years, until I was proven wrong... and yes I did read similar warnings such as this one that I’m writing, thinking “it’s the best bank, I’ve made the right choice”... BUT NO!
On 25th of April, which is almost 3 weeks today, Revolut has suspended my account without any warning.
I’ve contacted them immediately asking for explanation, but all I received was “we are very sorry, I know this is difficult for you, but we are doing everything we can to resolve this”...
Really?... 3 weeks?! And just after I have been paid?!
I’ve contacted Revolut every day since then, but all I would get is the same romotic automated message, with text slightly changed.
While it is some kinda sick joke, and it gives Revolut a huge power to play with my money and ear interest, I am left without being able:
- buy food
- renew meds prescription
- pay bills etc
While I continue to lend money from friends and family, I continue to contact Revolut with no resolution or explanation.
According to Revolut: “there is nothing wrong with my account, it’s just a standard check procedure”.
