I am having a real nightmare with Revolut!!
I made two bank transfers from my Citibank account in Dubai, UAE to my accounts in Revolut, one on 3rd Oct for an amount of 274 USD and the second on the 5th Oct for an amount of AED 1,000.
As of today nobody from Revolut is able to tell me where the money is in despite I have shared the swift copies of the transfers from Citibank.
The customer service through the APP chat is complete useless. They keep repeating the same answer every day that the relevant team is looking into it and they will come back to me.
Ten days are gone from the first transfer and non a single answer from Revolut till today.
