It is a terrible bank. They have no proper customer service, there is no one to talk to. They say that we can contact them via their chat service but they never reply on that. I have even mailed them on 3 different ID's which were provided but still there is no reply from them. Also, even after the limitations have been lifted from my account I am still not able to use my money. Even visiting the canar wharf branch is senseless as they don't even come down and meet any of their clients.
The worst service ever received from any bank.
