Tried to set up a top-up with Citibank using debit card and money transfer without success. Each attempt resulted in an error. Followed up with Citibank, which saw no attempt. Reached out to Revolut customer service, which asked me again to reach out to Citibank. It is clear that there are significant communication issues, and the product cannot be used. Spent a couple of hours in diagnosis, but no more - closed the account and removed the app.
