I decided to try this account but decided after a couple of weeks that it wasn’t for me. When I try to close it and take my money out they come up with the ridiculous idea that it is a scam despite the fact that the account I want them to return it to is the same one that they received the money from and is the one linked to my account. They won’t return my money to my resolut account either so I can use it up. The customer service is terrible and as far as I can see they have stolen my money.
