I have dealt with the in app customer service but I am getting absolutely nowhere. My account was labled as restricted and I was given a time frame of 6-21 days as to when I would be able to receive an update and get it fixed. ALL ,not just some, but ALL of my money is in that account. I have waited the 21 days and have been getting the same response of “we will update you when we have an update”. No one should be using revolut if they can hold funds for no good reason for such a prolonged period of time with absolutely no warning. I am thoroughly disappointed and upset.
