My experience with Revolut was very good October/November 2023.
I had a new mobile phone, same number/same sim but couldn't take a selfie for verification consequently couldn't log in into my account.
When I complained I was immediately contacted by the Support service member by name Xena via my email address.
It took around a month to sort out my verification/selfie and log in into my online account.
I had a phone call from Revolut, I had many emails from Revolut.
Their Support team members Xena, Freya were incredible and very professional.
I tried also cooperate with Revolut in finding out the problem of my selfie being rejected.
There are so many negative reviews about the Revolut but my issue was solved, yes, it took time to solve it but it was solved within 4 weeks.
All I can say is thank you to Revolut and it's Support team.
