Revolut didn't believe that I was a victim of fraud instead they accused me of doing the transactions I claimed as not mine (30+ Domino's Pizza transactions for £1500, in 2 days), and deactivated my account by accusing me of misusing the right to dispute transactions. There's an obvs fraud activity in my transactions and instead of opening an investigation they blamed me super quick. When I asked to understand how quick they made this decision, and whether they had confirmed with the merchant via support, they said they believed I was familiar with the charges! I am speechless of the way their customer services and team turned around. It is clear that I haven't made it but they're being not reasonable. Please do not TRUST Revolut. They should notice the suspicious activity, +20 domino's orders in a day and 30+ in 2 days. It's obvious that they can't monitor fraud activity. Any other bank would have declined the payments when they noticed a pattern. There are back to back payments made for a fake Domino's pizza shop! Also, there were a lot of Google card-verified notifications. It is obvious suspicious activity when you look at my statement and scroll for a while until they finish. But for Revolut team it is not a fraud activity. I have done those transactions... I now understand what people mean by 'REVOLUT is not a bank'.
