I activated my card and everything was fine at the beginning,I really found it convenient especially while traveling.Then I tried to use it and it was declined,I used the same pin as before and kept getting declined.I reached out to costumer service and they assured me everything was fine and it should work,I attempted to use it again and it was declined .I contacted costumer service again explaining everything and was told again everything was fine,I explained it was getting declined and I was told someone would get in contact in up to two days?I was also informed that I could try ordering a new card and if I was charged they would reimburse me?
So basically I love the card when it works but costumer service is not very helpful.
