Completely appalled at the way they treat customers who are vulnerable
"I'm completely appalled at the way that this bank treats its customers. As a UK-registered bank, I expected much better service. Firstly, they have taken £750 per month from my business account for an Enterprise Plan that I do not know about ever signing up for, nor would I need or want it. Secondly, I've spent hours and hours trying to get help through their chat support, which has been shockingly bad. When I asked for extra help under the Terms of the Disability Act 2010 due to my disability making chat support difficult for me, one of their support team referred to me as "These types of users". It's completely unacceptable.
