Following a change of Terms&Conditions from Revolut which was requesting me to provide information based on the IBAN location change i tried to simply close the account.
They are making it impossible and i am still trying to close it.
They have a procedure through the app which is a fake and it was asking me to close first a Vautl account that was already closed.
Then talking with the customer support they asked me to close an account for investment providing me a link that did not work. Then they said they needed to transfer me to another team which they did not do.
