After using Revolut as a business customer for several years, I noticed a strange charge on the account. It was £100. I found out later that it was a paid uppgrade to my account, that would not benefit me in anyway. As it took me 15 days to notice the transaction, Revolut will not refund me, as they would only refund up to 14 days. They claim that I did the upgrade, but I did not, as it makes no sense. Why would I want to pay £100 per month, when my normal charges is between £5-£50 per month max. They repeatedly refuse to refund it. I am leaving them as soon as I can. Well done Revolut, you hold on to the £100, but will loose a lot more over time in lost bank fees from me leaving them. Appaling
