In the investors page, i placed a limit to buy a stock. The limit was not executed when the price was reached which is several times yesterday and today. opened ticket to support with screenshots and detailed explanation of the issue only to get the general reply that the limit was not reached. Several times i have replied to them that the limit was reached, according to their graph and overview of the stoc, again with the screenshots for helping them trace this. I didnt get any reply since then. This is costing me money each day because my trading strategy will not work if the system doesn't do what it is advertised is doing. i lost at least 9000$ because transactions not executed. I had to report them and get help from FOSTERBOON . ORG who got my money out from them
