The domino effect of this catastrophe extended to the cancellation and rescheduling of eight separate deliveries and a moving van, each incurring additional costs. Adding insult to injury, Revolut's customer service infrastructure is woefully inadequate. There is no phone number to call, leaving you at the mercy of an in-app chat function manned by unhelpful agents. Their complaints procedure is equally sluggish, taking a full week for a response – a delay that rendered it utterly pointless in my situation. In summary, Revolut's automated systems are unreliable, their customer service is non-existent, and their complaints procedure is glacially slow. This combination of factors makes them a wholly unsuitable choice for any significant financial transaction.
