Overall revolut is a great domestic service as I have been using it as a shield for my relationship account, so when I want to spend I transfer to revolut and buy and these are only domestic retail sales as I don't believe revolut is equipped to operate like a bank, it's what I call a TOY BANK.
On the 31st someone managed to remove money from my account a person I don't know, not in my circle at all, so naturally I reported it to revolut and provided ll the details, I was asked to get a crime number and as I just returned to the UK the reporting to the police took what I consider o be a weird turn where the police told me to speak o action fraud o get a crime number, which I did. I presented the number o evolut as was asked then again the same questions were asked then I am told that it will be escalated. Then shift change I suppose and the same questions occurred and it will be escalated, and again and again and again. Yet the main question is will I get my money back or not and no answer thus far. I believe that the person at the top of the customer support needs to be fired from his or her position as it seems that the customer needs comes last and their position in the scheme of things do a not matte. This is why I consider it a TOY BANK. Should not be used for anything more than retail therapy and no more than couple of thousand deposited as if some how scammers get access to your funds then Revolut will be complicit in assisting the scammers instead of you their customr
