I’m deeply disappointed with Revolut. I paid my full credit card statement at 11:41 AM on 30th November, the very day of the due date. Despite this, I was charged interest because the payment was allegedly made after their 'cut-off hours.' This is unacceptable—30th November is the entire day for payment, and any restrictions on timing should be made crystal clear. Charging interest under these circumstances feels deceptive and unfair, as if Revolut is finding loopholes to penalise its customers. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in the service.
