I am on the Revolut Ultra plan. Which I have been paying almost €60 a month for since it was released (10 to 12 months ago)
My Airbnb got cancelled and I got multiple emails from Airbnb that they had cancelled it and I was supposed to get a refund.
However, when I messaged Revolut customer support they barely did anything. They told me that I was supposed to file a dispute.
Somehow I lost the dispute. Even after adding screenshots of the cancellation of Airbnb. As well as screenshots from Airbnb's customer support that told me I was supposed to receive the money.
After not winning the case, I messaged Revolut customer support twice. Both of the times they were as unhelpful as possible. I have never received such bad customer support, even at companies were I am not an "ultra" subscriber paying $60 a month
