Scammer made me set up account and put money in. They then took the money and sent to coinbase. Revolut are not taking responsibility. Have not helped and I was left with £2 to my name. I contracted while the transactions were pending and they did nothing. I’m a vulnerable person with mental health issues also and they have denied me help. Say they can’t do anything which my other bank has said is nonsense. They have allowed this to happen to many people. They don’t care and most likely are getting a cut out of the money that’s scammed. That’s why the scammers use them. No repercussions to the criminals. They are just as bad as them.
