I would like to tell you my experience with Reynolds GMC sales manager, Chuck Rhodes. He was part of My buying an experience by allowing a great discount to make the truck I purchased affordable. Two years after the sale he seen me in the service drive and asked me a few questions. How is the family? How are you doing and how’s the truck? I explained to him that the truck is in for service for a part that’s on backorder and I’m gonna be without my truck for a long time. He told me let me see what I can do to try to help. The very next day, he explained to me that that part was indeed on back order and it was gonna be out for sometime, but he found a part out of town and he was going to send his parts guy to go get it. Long story short I got my truck back very quickly. I’m very impressed, with Chuck Rhodes and how he got involved to make me an happy customer after two years later after the sale. he is not only a great sales manager, but a really caring person. Reynolds GMC is very lucky to have a person like this working for them. Thank you very much Chuck for helping me out.
