Meine Rücksendung, welche nachweislich per DHL vor über Wochen zugestellt wurde, wurde bis heute nicht bearbeitet. Keine Mail, keine Überweisung, keine Antwort auf meine mittlerweile 3 Anfragen an den Kundensupport.
