I would recommend Rhubarb Property. I and my husband have been arriving to UK less than 1 month, and we are not familiar with the rental market totally in Birmingham. It is so demanding and we feel very stressed to find a right apartment for our stay. We separately found 4 Property agents but I dare to say the staffs in Rhubarb are most friendly, as they really talked to us to understand our requirements and expectations and called us whenever they got appropriate property that well fit our budget. During the viewing, Collin is very helpful. He clearly presented and explained the key features of the apartments. Even sometimes we feel the apartment not completely yet fit us or we want to seek for a better one, he will not give us any hard feelings or stress. On the other hands, he welcomes our feedback and always tries his best to introduce all similar properties that can match with our needs. He really listens to us and he is always patient to help us! Also, Jessica is helpful and responsive. She is a Tenancy Coordinator who able to reply to our enquiry quickly and help us solve the problem we met in Background check and payment stage. I think we do raise many questions, as this is our first time to rent in UK. But she doesn’t show any impatience and her attitude makes us feel confident and less worried.
