Colin and Jessica were both friendly, helpful and polite from my very first interaction with them through to completion. I had been struggling to secure a new flat, having a bad experience with other estate agents with oversubscribed viewings and a lot of disappointment. Colin showed me around the property and answered all my questions, he was genuinely invested in helping me to secure the flat. Jessica was on hand for all the follow up documents and questions. I had a couple of things that needed to be fixed upon moving in, this was booked in and completed within the first 2 weeks. A refreshing property company and one I would certainly use again without a doubt and recommend to anyone in Birmingham!
