Rude and poor customer service.
Quoted Reply:
"If you think you will cancel, please do not book."
This was the reply I got when I was enquiring about their cancellation policies in the event of injuries or mishaps which are common occurrences during skiing. The reason I did so was to better plan for my travel insurance as it is my first time skiing.
Sadly, I had already booked my accommodations etc., else I would have cancelled on them which they had "kindly" brought up.
Had expected more from a country renowned for their hospitality (omotenashi).
