My overall experience was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clear in their advice and instructions. Even my young children understood all that was communicated to us. Equipment was great too. In one case, my youngest found (too late though) out when we started snowboarding, that the wrist guards given to him had 2 left side guards. We should have double checked but it was unfortunate. One suggestion to make to your booking system: the equipment pre-booking details should be made clearer on how many of each equipment type was booked. On the receipt and booking chit, it was not clear whether wrist guards, pants, etc was booked. I believe the category shown was a group category (e.g. I can't remember exactly but something like wrist guards and helmets were grouped in the same category and the staff were not sure what was booked and what wasn't). The booking chit should have exactly all the individual items booked listed down. That makes it easy for everyone to know what is included and what isn't. Thanks for the great experience. I will certainly come back again!
