The best ski rental experience we have ever had! We hired from the new Rhythm store at the base of the Gondola in Grand Hirafu, and were wowed every step of the way. The gentleman who sized our skis and poles was fantastic, knew his stuff and was super engaging. We were very impressed at the valet service, dropping us and our newly hired ski gear back to our accom. We hired the premium level skis and they did it disappoint as some hire skis tend to do. They were kept in a great condition and were perfect for all terrain. The icing on the cake of our experience - after an exhilarating week of skiing, the Rhythm team sent a car to collect our skis and we did not have to drudge our weary bodies through the snow to return everything.
