Your staff (Mel) were fantastic. We had pre booked and paid for 5 days ski hire, however our luggage arrived nearly two days late so we had no ski clothes to ski in. We spoke with Mel and she had no hesitation in refunding days where we could not ski due to lack of equipment. Her attitude and compassion to our plight was outstanding! We will have no hesitation in recommending Rhythym Japan as the place to go for ski hire. Thank you for yor fabulous customer service.
