I have no evidence that I have purchased Legal Protection. When I 'phoned on the 24th after I had bought the policy to ask for an email to be sent to me for confirmation I was told that an email would not be necessary because Legal Protection would appear on the documents that I can read in my online account within 24 hours of buying the policy. It is now 2030 hours on the 26th and I still don't have conformation that I have Legal Protection!
My Schedule tells me to look at my Summary to see all the cover I have. The Summary tells me to look at the Schedule (!!). It also tells me to look at the quote, but when I try to do that I'm told that there is no access to the quote once it has been accepted!
Also, before I phoned I filled in the online query form to ask the same the question but when I clicked the "Submit" button nothing appeared to happen.
I'm beginning to worry about how you deal with claims.
