I have tried creating an account on a number of occasions to retrieve my policy documents but continually get a message stating that either the details are incorrect or an account already exists - not exactly clear as to what I am doing wrong.
As you have already taken payment I presume that I do have a valid policy but remain in the dark until I can access an online account.
I could ring you again and incur further phone charges but quite frankly I don't think I should need to.
