My experience of changing and setting up my buildings & contents insurance couldn't have been easier! The young man, I believe his name was Mark, explained everything to me carefully and simply. He had a lot of patience with me, as I kept asking him to repeat some things. I asked him to call me back later, which he did within the time specified. I decided to go ahead with the quote given to me. He explained, very well how the payments would be taken from my bank, as my existing insurance has yet to expire.
