Problem with default settings on RIAS system input resulted in incorrect dates in Policy Statement - rang to make corrections which resulted in the issue of a second certificate which now has a incorrect start time of 01:00 hrs and not 00:00 hrs as I believe it should be. Spoke to call centre who gave verbal assurance that cover would start from 00:00 hrs but unfortunately unable to produce a certificate to that effect. Not very reassuring as I am sure that if the vehicle were to be stolen between that hour RIAS would refer to the policy document and say insurance cover does not start until 01:00 hrs. My current insurance expires at 23.03.2016 at 24.00 hrs, please get your act together and produce a valid document or I will cancel.
