Dialing the recommended premium and expensive phone number to apply for a car insurance is not everyone's case. The lengthy process for going through the "security check" seem to delay (intended?) phone connection rather then going through the actual car insurance first. To make matters worst is putting halfway through the process on hold to listen to music until cutting the line and dialing again and filing a complain! Making the mistake by sending me the web-specific number as my new insurance policy number, e-mail 20 March, 2016 1:08PM, is not helping to sign on to my insurance account. Service??
