I tried to phone to report a death, the phone number given for reporting a eath on their website went straight to car insurance, after that I got the option to select another type of insurance, then other options to get through. Lots of messages offering other options, then told that it would be 10-15 mins wait. Every other utility company or organisation I've spoken to has a dedicated number to call. Not one putting me through to car insurance. Shocking.
