Very difficult to deal with.
They used erroneous data to link me to a non fault claim on another policy on which I was a named driver. Repeated calls and documents from the other insurer could not get this straight. In the end I was forced to pay the increased premium to secure the insurance. You get caught between different departments who don't communicate properly. They have promised to refund me when the information is sorted out. We will see.
And now two weeks later a letter saying because of my unpaid balance of £0.00 (Yes really) that they are cancelling my insurance, with a warning of the legal implications of this. 20 minutes on hold to get through to be told this was an error (You don't say). And that I am insured. Had to escalate to get them to agree to put that in writing. I hope I don't get a claim.
