This was my first time ordering ribbons and I wasn't sure of the process. The website interface was useful and when I placed my order, RG reached out to me to inform me of a typo. So helpful for them to do so. I received my ribbons quickly and they are beautiful. I can't wait to share with others at the convention. Will definitely work with this company again.
