My order was completed and shipped out on time with an expected UPS delivery date of 9/7/17 with my event date being 9/10/17. However, when my ribbons did not arrive that Thursday, 9/7/17 so I contacted Ribbons Galore early Friday morning, 9/8/17. After speaking with Kim at Ribbons Galore that morning, it was discovered there was a delay and/or misplacement of my order with UPS. Ribbons Galore immediately printed out a new order and shipped it out that same morning 9/8/17 using USPS priority 1-day service with an expected delivery of 9/9/17 by noon. Unfortunately, this USPS shipment was delayed so I still did not receive the ribbons in time for my event on Sunday 9/10/17. Ribbons Galore did everything possible to remedy this situation but unfortunately both shippers (UPS and USPS) just did not perform. I commend Ribbons Galore for attempting to remedy the situation when they were not at fault here.
