I emailed back and forth with Kiley Bales, and they assured me the designs were not blurry, and sent me better proofs which were remarkable! Once they shipped, I got them days before I was quoted and they came out perfect. Many con goers absolutely loved my ribbons and many seasoned ribbon distributes at the con said they were some of the prettiest they've seen this year. I am so impressed with the customer service, the designing, the shipping, and the prices. I even went to the panel about ribbons at the convention to say how much I loved shopping through Ribbons Galore. I also heard many horror stories about other websites. I can say with confidence that I will continue using Ribbons Galore for future orders!
