I have held off writing this review until now as I didn’t want my emotions although positive to falsely paint a picture which is untrue to the service provided. Rita Kotecha has been amazing throughout the process. She has really cared and dealt with my families situation as if it was her own. She has been accessible at whatever ridiculous o’clock I’ve called her after finishing work and any unsettling or concerning turn or change my case took Rita was not too far away or ever too busy to be contacted to either reassure or to put the situation right. Her experience and expertise have been evident from the start and what has shone even more has been her compassion and care. Not only she’s an exceptionally intelligent, professional and experienced lawyer, but also a caring, considerate and lonely human being. My family and I cannot thank Rita enough.
