I’m sure Richard Nelson do a good job overall but my experience with Vanessa Gilbanks was less than satisfactory. On many occasions I had to correct details in documents (the very documents I was paying for your professional expertise on) and there were several occasions where delays in communication added to my stress levels as well as delaying the whole process on more than one occasion i asked a question that was never answered. I would also add that on one occasion the language used in an email was totally inappropriate and did nothing to reduce the pain and stress I was feeling at the time.
