Their communications have been clear, detailed and containing of my anxieties in relation to a difficult professional situation. Their assistance over several months has been in the form of emails, phone-calls and liaison with the police on my behalf. They were patient with my lack of knowledge of legal processes and systems and took time to clarify that I understood what might happen, including the options available to me.
