Yes very helpful, Paul help me and my wife to get the right TV a Sony 55in OLED. Never once push to buy TV.I'm in the building trade, a painter and you got to go extra mile for customers and certainly Richer Sounds have that. They treat you like one of the family, put themselves out.l would certainly go back, to get a Sony DVD Player, and later a CD Player.
Yes they are not like Currys or John Lewis. When you walk away from these companies, you think have I got the right TV. Yes definitely Richer Sounds all the way.
