Called first thing in the morning to see if the store had the TV i was looking for in stock. Very pleasant and quickly confirmed they had it in stock and offered to reserve it for me until I came in to buy. Once I made it into the store the adviser was extremely helpful & friendly. He also gave me some advice regarding sound bars & 2.1 surround systems.
