I and my family have bought here for many years and found them excellent, but of course what makes the difference is how you are treated when things go wrong. I have a Panasonic TV which I originally bought in February 2019 it failed within a month and they changed it immediately. 8 months later this one dies for the same reason. Richer have offered a full refund no strings attached. I will of course buy a new set from them, I'd be stupid not too. No company can know if a reputable brand has an issue with its product until it's too late and this must cost Richer Sounds at least something financially which makes it even more to their credit that they will go beyond their obligations. I wish all our traders took this attitude.
