Our89 year old mum bought a tv last year with a 6 year warranty , on 5th June it was taken for repair that was good , but we have now been told due to covid there is no estimates time for the part it needs , that is also understandable , but the problem is , we have been told because she obviously needs a tv she has to either buy another or sit and wait , now if they can send someone out to collect the tv , why can they not just replace it and send someone out with a new one , there whole attitude was disgusting , buy another or sit and wait , she’s 89 being shielded and lonely , they just didn’t care at all we undestand the current situation but so should they
