My mum bought a tv last year with a 6 year warranty , it became faulty on 5th June , and taken for repair , we have now been told that there is no estimated date for the repair , we understand in the current situation about delays for parts what we don’t get is the attitude of the staff on the phone , either buy another tv or sit and wait, she’s 89 years old being shielded and lonely watching a old tiny tv that’s not working so good , now why should we have to buy another tv , you have someone to collect the tv so why not just replace the old one , what have we paid a 6 year warranty for , and as for buy another one or sit and wait how bad is that
